Manage pick-up authorizations
For the safety of our students, we require parents to complete pick-up authorization forms. These forms designate who is authorized to pick up your child from school.
Only individuals listed on your authorization form may pick up your child. Please keep this list updated.
All authorized pick-up persons must present valid identification when picking up students.
Contact the school office to submit or update your pick-up authorization.
